  • 3 John 1:2 – God cares about the well-being of your soul
  • Romans 8:14–16 – You are a child of God, led by His Spirit
  • 1 Peter 5:7 – You can cast your cares on Him because He cares for you
  • Ephesians 2:10 – You are God’s workmanship, created on purpose

Take time after the episode to sit with one of these verses and ask God:
“Show me how You see me. Show me how You delight in me as Your as your son or daughter.”

  • What would change if you really trusted that you are fully seen and fully loved?
  • What is one small way you can make space for God’s presence in your week?
